Wenn Ihr Girokonto gepfändet wird, können Sie es in ein Pfändungsschutzkonto (P-Konto) umwandeln lassen. Damit ist ein Grundfreibetrag Ihres Geldes automatisch vor der Pfändung geschützt. Dieses Verfahren erstellt aus Ihren Angaben ein fertiges Anschreiben an Ihre Bank oder Sparkasse — nach dem Vorbild des Onlinedienstes der Digitalen Rechtsantragstelle.
Teil der Fit-Gets-Familie: Onlineverfahren der deutschen Verwaltung als Matrix-Widgets im KERN-UX-Design (FIT-Neo-Kontext). Geführter Antrag mit Hilfetexten und Zusammenfassung. Die Einreichung landet als strukturiertes Event (de.fitgets.submission.v1) plus lesbare Notiz im Raum — als Andockpunkt für eine Fachverfahrens-Sicht. Ohne Matrix-Host läuft das Widget im Demo-Modus.
